Welcome to the online home of the Broad Institute's Genome Data Analysis Center (GDAC). A collaborative effort between cancer researchers, computational biologists and software engineers, under the auspices of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), we operate a scientific pipeline designed to coordinate the flow of massive, terabyte-scale genomic datasets through scores of quantitative algorithms, in the hope of accelerating discovery of cancer mechanisms and the development of therapies. Our pipeline runs are summarized in the stddata and analysis dashboards, and include hundreds of analysis reports that may be reviewed with just a few button clicks. All output products are archived at the TCGA Data Coordination Center (DCC) and may be accessed with controlled data login credentials. The standardized data packages for these runs can also be viewed directly within your local IGV installation, with no login credentials.
